Dr. Bernard L. Tetteh-Dumanya is an investment banker and astute academician with 29 years of working experience in the academia and corporate environment in both national and some foreign jurisdictions. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (UK), MSc in Socio-Economics (Econometrics option) from Germany, another Masters in International Securities, Investment and Banking (UK), and BSc (Agric. Economics) from Ghana.

Bernard holds a certificate in Prince-2- project management, Train-the-trainer in SMEs from Commonwealth Secretariat (UK), and International Trade Centre-Geneva as well as Professional Teacher’s Certificate. He has worked for governments in Ghana, Nigeria, the Gambia, and Liberia in financial inclusion and African youth empowerment.

He worked as a business and financial manager in various capacities like Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for New Generation Investment Services (NGIS), Treasury/Head of Institutional Banking with UBA and Head of Asset Management in SIC Financial Services. As a risk, compliance and corporate strategist, he established investment banking firms for SGL Royal Kapita, Ideal Capital Partners, African Support Network (ASN) and Man Capital, East Akim Rural Bank, among others. Additionally, he worked with Swiss International Finance Group (AG) in Switzerland as Head of Institutional Brokerage & Investments.

Dr. Tetteh-Dumanya has been involved in consultancy, mentorship and entrepreneurship development and training. He has consulted for multinational institutions like Technoserve, SNV, Danida, ABSA/Mastercard Foundation and also Social Investment Funding (SIF), Ghana Skills Development Fund (GSDF), and Technoserve. Dr. Bernard L. Tetteh-Dumanya has also served as Vice President for two private universities in Ghana—bringing his vast experience to helping save these tertiary institutions from collapse.
