Joshua Kwabena Dadzie is an accomplished entrepreneur and business executive with extensive experience in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise sector. Joshua Dadzie has worked in extensively in the insurance industry in Ghana. Starting out as a business development officer, Joshua Dadzie rose through the ranks, from branch management before leaving the industry in charge of a whole area.

Joshua Dadzie has led the setting up, from the scratch, a microfinance company, serving first as Head of Operations & Marketing. He then rose to become the firm’s Director and Head, Finance and Administration. He is credited with single-handedly creating the systems and structures that helped sustain the business for many years.

A deeply religious man, Mr. Dadzie also devotes substantial portion of his time to his church, The Church of Pentecost. He has served as the District Youth Leader of the Church Of Pentecost, Lartebiokorshie District. He has served as the Chairman of District Welfare Committee of the Lartebiokorshie District. He currently holds three positions in the church: Chairman, of District Finance Committee of the Lartebiokorshie District, a Member of the Area Finance Committee of the Dansoman Area and the Chairman of the Chaplaincy and Chieftaincy Committee of the Lartebiokorshie District.

Mr. Joshua Dadzie holds an MBA in Finance from the Central University College, Diploma in Insurance from the Malta International Training Centre and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast.
